OVERVIEW

Plaxedes Kelias is a Cape Town-based Hair and Makeup Head of Department with over 25 years of experience across international feature films, television series and commercials. Beginning her career in Zimbabwe before establishing herself in the South African film industry, she has progressed from hair and makeup assistant to Department Head, working on major international productions including Sony Pictures' The Woman King, Netflix's Blood & Water and Fatal Seduction, and the BBC's Noughts and Crosses and Call the Midwife.
