OVERVIEW

Louiza Calore is an award-winning Make-Up Artist and Hair specialist with over 30 years of experience across feature film, television drama, commercials and music videos. She began her career in the fashion and beauty industry before finding her calling in film and television, launching her screen career on the ground-breaking series Yizo Yizo. Known for a strong storytelling approach to character creation and screen make-up, Louiza has since built an extensive body of work across South Africa's biggest productions, including Vaya, Blood and Water, Ali and The Road. She founded her own make-up studio, Louiza J. Studio, and later lectured at the Prestige Academy, passing her expertise on to the next generation of make-up artists. In 2016 she won the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Award for her make-up artistry, cementing her reputation as one of the industry's most respected make-up and hair professionals.    REQUEST CV
