OVERVIEW

Jardin Roestorff is a location scout and location manager/unit manager with over 20 years of experience in film, television and commercial production, having entered the industry in 2005 as a trainee scout under Johan Van Hysteen. Over the course of his career he has scouted and managed locations across feature films, drama series, documentaries and commercial campaigns for production houses including Trilogy Creative Studios, Film Afrika, OxygEn Media and Studio Canal/Showmax. He is best known for his work on Spinners (Studio Canal/Showmax), officially the first African/South African show selected for Cannes Series in France, and for building a substantial online location-scouting presence through his SALocations channels, which have generated over 25 million Google Maps photo views.
