OVERVIEW
Marelize Smuts is a Cape Town and Stellenbosch-based wardrobe stylist and costume specialist with two decades of experience across film and television commercials, fashion editorials, bridal and formal wear, and private couture commissions. She holds a BTech in Fashion Design and an Honours degree in Visual Studies from the University of Stellenbosch, bringing a hands-on combination of design, pattern-making and garment construction skills to her styling work. Her production credits include wardrobe styling on TVCs and commercial campaigns for brands including Asics, Puma, TK Maxx and CEAT Tyres, alongside editorial styling for Fair Lady magazine and an internship at GQ. She also designs and makes garments under her own label, Glittitude, and has designed pageant swimwear, including a piece that helped a client win the Miss CPUT Wellington title. REQUEST CV
