Kurt Brookes is a senior Assistant Director and Scheduler with over a decade of experience across South African and international feature films, drama series and commercials. Since 2015 he has built an extensive body of work on major local and international productions, including Blood & Water: New Class, Good Omens, The Indian Detective, Poppie Nongena and Nommer 37, alongside long-running drama series and high-profile commercial campaigns for brands including Heineken, KFC and Sanlam. Known for his precise scheduling, stripboard planning and calm, organised presence on set, Kurt has earned a reputation as a dependable Assistant Director who keeps large, complex productions running on time.
