OVERVIEW

Patience Kambula is a Cape Town-based Wardrobe Assistant and Standby with close to seven years' experience in film, television and commercial production. After studying Media & Journalism and completing a Higher Certificate in Television & Film Production at AFDA, she trained under the SAFILM Academy and Film Afrika trainee programme before building a career across major local and international productions, including The Woman King, House of David and Spinners. She has developed a reputation for meticulous on-set costume continuity, careful wardrobe record-keeping and hands-on garment care, and in 2024 gained international experience on a production for Katara Studios in Doha, Qatar.
