OVERVIEW

Nicci Buys is a Line Producer and Production Manager with more than 15 years' experience in the South African production industry. She began her career on a 13-part television series directed by her father, progressing quickly from Coordinator to Production Manager, a role she has held ever since. Over the years she has built an extensive portfolio spanning television drama, feature film and commercials, delivering high-profile campaigns for brands including McDonald's, Nando's, KFC, Standard Bank and MTN, alongside international TVC work across Africa. Her long-form credits include Reyka Season 1 and the kykNET series Ons Stories. Known for her calm, composed and solutions-focused approach, Nicci is highly regarded by clients, agencies and crew alike, with a management style built on clear, consistent communication. For the past several years, Nicci has focused primarily on the commercial production market, working extensively with Together Films. Her experience in this space has strengthened her ability to manage complex productions, coordinate diverse teams and consistently deliver high-quality work within demanding schedules and budgets. Following the recent passing of Executive Producer Gaye Leong, Nicci is now open to exploring new opportunities where she can bring her extensive production expertise, leadership and industry experience to a new team and exciting productions.    REQUEST CV
